Requirements

What to expect

  • Planning the collection of the product group to be supported, including the collection framework plan
  • Analysing and preparing the previous seasons
  • Designing the collection pieces in coordination with the Head of Design and creating the fit specifications
  • Developing ideas to define the product and retail strategy
  • Calculation structure and pricing of collection items
  • Realisation and development of technical drawings in Illustrator
  • Maintenance of various systems and work lists such as: PLM, line plan, costing overviews, sampling list's, collection overviews etc.
  • Participation in the creation of working documents for the Area Sales Managers
  • Producer selection in close coordination with the purchasing department
  • Negotiating prices with producers in coordination with Purchasing
  • Accompanying the entire development process including deadline tracking (prototypes), assessment and acceptance of prototypes, SMS
  • Collection presentation in the field and, if necessary, at the customer's premises
  • Collection streamlining in coordination with the Head of Product

     
  • You have successfully completed a degree in fashion design, fashion management or business administration or have a comparable qualification  
  • You have already successfully applied your theoretical knowledge in practice in the clothing industry
  • You have already gained initial experience in product management
  • You can analyse and interpret market data and trends
  • You are creative and have an eye for design and aesthetics, but are also proficient in MS Office products - especially Excel
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working in a team
  • You are decisive and can work effectively even in stressful situations
  • You are self-organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Monitoring the product life cycle and identifying potential for improvement
