As Product Manager, I organize and coordinate the pierre cardin shirts in collaboration with my colleague from Design and take on a variety of administrative and creative tasks. This includes daily communication with our producers, price negotiations, creating calculations, assessing qualities/fabrics, various trims, labeling, PPS and creating articles in the system. What I particularly like about my job is the variety of tasks and challenges that arise from the constantly changing market, trends and cultural changes.
In pierre cardin Shirts Product Management, I work together with the other PM teams to develop a comprehensive "Total Look" collection and am closely involved with the product from the initial idea to completion, which I find very exciting. I also appreciate the opportunity to get to know new cultures through travel, such as store checks in Milan and Paris and visits to trade fairs.
The skills that are particularly useful in my position are my organizational talent, my flexibility, creativity and my ability to work in a team.
I have enjoyed working in the fashion industry for over 30 years. The versatility of the industry and the constantly changing trends and challenges make my work exciting and fulfilling.

At the R.Brand Group, I work as warehouse and dispatch manager for the Pionier Workwear division. The environment is very exciting, because my department goes far beyond the classic shipping process, as you would expect in the electronics industry, for example. Our department is characterized by the fact that we not only ship products, but also respond to the individual wishes of our customers and finish the clothing according to their ideas. The wishes of our customers can be varied and our challenge is to meet every customer requirement.
Going through ups and downs is my incentive, because a constantly changing market always presents logistics with new challenges, which never makes my working day seem monotonous.

In my role, I am the interface between the various design, sales and marketing departments at the head office and our retail partners.
I inform and train our partners' shop staff about the collections and products, as well as about the BADESSARINI brand, and take feedback from our partners so that processes, products and promotions can be optimized.
I also look after the personalized BALDESSARINI store areas and provide support at events.
I particularly enjoy tasks in the area of visual merchandising when it comes to presenting the brand and products.
As you can see from the short description, I have a lot of variety in my everyday life and there are always great new projects and goals.

In my role as a photographer, I take on a variety of tasks ranging from planning lighting and sets for model and photo shoots to producing stunning model images, campaigns, layouts and reportages. Through precise retouching, I give the shots the desired finishing to ensure the highest quality and aesthetics.
I love working with people. I enjoy finding creative solutions and turning them into images and most of all, I'm glad to be part of such a great team that supports and inspires me!

As a marketing department, it is part of our responsibility to promote the digital and analog presence of our four brands and the R.Brand Group. As Marketing and PR Manager, I experience days full of varied tasks - from organizing pop-up spaces to media buying and managing collaborations to outfitting actors, stars and starlets worldwide. This also includes planning and organizing exciting events such as fashion shows, campaign shoots and trade fair and customer events.
The versatility and constant variety in the fashion industry as well as the daily contact with customers and service providers is what makes my job so special. There are new challenges every day that require quick solutions. I can accompany projects from the initial idea to the final implementation and I still learn something new every day. In my position, I can make full use of both my creative and organizational skills.
Teamwork and open communication with my marketing colleagues are particularly important to me. My tasks as Brand Director are very varied because I am involved in all areas. I work with people every day and I often have different, new challenges and tasks to deal with. It's exciting, varied and also tough, but I love challenges and enjoy taking them on, especially as I enjoy solving problems. Of course, I have my every day tasks, but I also get to shape and create things, processes. It's a lot of fun to develop employees and achieve success. Ultimately, I am responsible for the PIONEER AUTHENTIC JEANS brand and I want that responsibility.
As Brand Director, I am an all-rounder, a good understanding of numbers and analytical skills are certainly necessary, but at the same time I can be creative and strategic.
Employee management is a big topic: creating team spirit, motivating, having an open ear, responding to the needs of employees and combining this with the necessities required to be successful.

I am part of the Customer Service team and as a Key Account Manager I particularly like the fact that my area of responsibility is very diverse and varied.
From order entry and delivery monitoring to personal customer contact, everything is included. I particularly enjoy the challenges that we have to solve as a team. Team spirit and the pursuit of a common goal are practiced in our company and everyone can rely on each other.
I also have the opportunity to take part in order appointments, as well as to attend shop events at the POS and thus gain additional important information about my customers, which helps me to provide more precise support.
